Job Description

Administrative position needed for Stafford flooring company. This person will support all departments by learning Customer Service, Data Entry, Billing and Inventory control. Excellent interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, good attention to detail and the ability to type and operate a computer. Benefits include 90% company paid health insurance for employee, vacation pay, sick pay and 401K plan. High School diploma or GED required. $12 per hour. Must be able to pass a background check. Smoke free environment. Monday - Friday.

Job Requirements

  • Answer telephone calls and emails

  • Type work orders and allocate inventory

  • Interact with customers and co-workers to resolve service issues

  • Enter floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts

  • Receive material shipments

  • Ensure order accuracy with attention to detail

  • Process bin transfers, stock adjustments, and return-to-stock transactions

  • Assist salespeople with inventory related questions

  • Assist with various responsibilities at the branch as requested by supervisor
