Job Description

Administrative position needed for Orlando flooring company. This person will support customers and Account Managers by learning Customer Service duties. Excellent interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, good attention to detail and the ability to type and operate a computer. High School diploma or GED required. Must be able to pass a background check. Smoke free environment. Monday - Friday.

Job Requirements



  • Answer telephone calls and emails

  • Type work orders and allocate inventory

  • Interact with customers and co-workers to resolve service issues

  • Enter floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts

  • Ensure order accuracy with attention to detail

  • Assist with various responsibilities at the branch as requested by supervisor
