Game Changer Needed

Redi Carpet has an immediate need for an experienced, motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help with our growing business with 25 locations. We strive to maintain a fun and dedicated working environment with room for continuous growth.
In this position, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for effectively attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent in the multi-family industry specifically in the areas of management and sales. This position reports directly to the CFO.
The company’s growth plans are substantial, reaching 50 locations in 12 years. You will be an integral part of that growth plan.
Key Functions

  • Needs Analysis - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

  • Source Candidates - Through online channels (e.g. job boards, professional networks, social platforms), Post Positions, Create Attraction Campaigns, Manage and maintain ATS and Support hiring managers in assessing candidates

  • Networking - LinkedIn Recruiter Project Management, foster relationships with past applicants and prospective talent, and serve as brand ambassador at recruitment events (e.g. career fairs)

  • Administrative - Reports on key talent acquisition metrics and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications: High School diploma required, college degree preferred, Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, Sector-specific experience preferred, but not required
Working Conditions: Primarily in an office environment. Will get to travel as needed to company branch offices.

  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

  • Analytic thinker, creative problem-solving, resourceful and diligent

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Work well in a team setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
